The Hospiten Group appoints Juan Jose Hernandez Rubio Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Directors of the Hospiten Group approved the appointment of Juan Jose Hernandez Rubio as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Hospiten Group assuming the authorized powers inherent to the position. He will, thus, take over from Francisco Cobiella Suarez who has occupied the position in recent years. Juan Jose Hernandez Rubio has occupied the position of Managing Director of the Hospiten Group since the year 2000 and was previously head of Financial Management at the Group.

The appointment is the result of the planned, and necessary, generational renewal that must happen in all companies to be able to accept the challenge of a new phase marked by such important events for the Hospiten Group as is the acquisition of the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Madrid or the consolidation of the Group in Jamaica with the purchase of the MoBay Hope Clinic.

The Hospiten Group is an international healthcare network committed to providing first rate services, with more than 40 years? experience and with fourteen private medical-hospital centers in Spain, the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Jamaica, and over a hundred outpatient health centers both under Hospiten ownership and associated under the registered brand Clinic Assist, which attends a million patients from all over the world a year and employs more than 3,000 people.
