PRIVACY POLICY

A) PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DETAILS

We inform the user that, once registered, he/she has the right to access, at any time, to the file where his/her details are stored, and may exercise his/her right to amend, cancel and object to the contents according to the Protection of Personal Information Law, 15/1999, December 13 (Organic Law, Spain), as well as the withdrawal of consent for the transfer and handling of personal information. HOSPITEN complies with the regulations for the handling of personal information, in particular with the Protection of Personal Details Law 15/ 1999(hereby PPDL) and Royal Decree  1720/2007, which develops said law. HOSPITEN will handle their clients´ details electronically and guarantees that the files containing the information are fully under their responsibility and are duly declared in the General Register of the Protection of Information Agency.

1. EMPLOYMENT: On completion of the job application form, each applicant accepts and authorizes the electronic handling of the personal details submitted to our HR selection database. HOSPITEN informs the applicant of his/her right to access, amend, cancel and to object to said details in writing to the person in charge of the handling of personal details: Hospiten Gestión AIE Plaza 25 de Julio. 2. SUBSCRIPTION TO NEWSLETTERS: If you have requested the service, we will send HOSPITEN Group news announcements to your e-mail address, unless you no longer wish to receive them. In that case, you should cancel the request in writing at: solicitudes_arco@hospiten.com


3. COMMENTS, COMPLAINTS, PERSONAL MESSAGES: On submission of this e-mail, the applicant accepts and authorizes HOSPITEN to use and handle the details provided electronically for administration and management purposes by the Communications Department to respond to comments received through the Contact Us form, as well as the disclosing of information to companies comprising HOSPITEN and their associates.

B) CONFIDENTIALITY

HOSPITEN guarantees the confidentiality of your personal information, as well as the use of those security measures laid out in the Spanish legislation for the protection of information regarding third parties, but will disclose any personal information stored to the state authorities as required by law. In any case, an individual has the right to access to, amend, cancel or to object to and to withdraw his/her consent to handle and/or disclose his/her personal information as laid out in the Protection of Personal Information organic Law 15/1999, December 13 (Spain).and the Royal Decree 1720/2007.
