A Commitment to Quality and the Environment
One of the mainstays of the HOSPITEN Group medical-hospital management model is efficiency in everything we do, and the satisfaction of our clients with the services we provide at our centers.

Proof of this is the setting up, in November 2009, of the Quality in Service/Quality Assurance and Customer Services Commission responding to the HOSPITEN Group Board of Directors. The commission aims to analyze and propose lines of action to provide continuous improvement in the services we give to our patients.

Our commitment is also reflected in the fact that all the HOSPITEN Group hospitals are certified under the strict European and North American rules and standards in Quality Assurance and Environmental Management, as are the International UNE EN ISO 9001:2008 and UNE EN ISO 14001:2004 Regulations.

Holding these certificates for all our departments allows us to objectively control parameters, which is reflected in the overall satisfaction of our patients, in staff motivation and in the greater economic efficiency of the way we develop our activity.

We should also give a special mention to the certification awarded to HOSPITEN Cancun this year, 2009 - the first in Quintana Roo State from the General Health Board of Mexico, the highest authority on healthcare in the country. The certification covers both the hospital facilities and all the medical procedures at the hospital.

The achievement of these certificates and keeping them in the future is made possible thanks to the daily work and dedication of all the staff at the HOSPITEN Group, who take commitment to the patient, to quality and respect for the environment as a personal commitment in each and every one of their daily tasks.

Quality is never an accident, it is always the result of intelligent effort.
